Article 2 Amendments of the Civil Proceedings Fees Order 2008

At fee 8.1 in Schedule 1 (fees to be taken) of the Civil Proceedings Fees Order 2008f1 for sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) substitute:

“

(a) in CCBC cases or cases in which a warrant of control is requested in accordance with paragraph 11.2 of Practice Direction 7E to the Civil Procedure Rules (Money Claim OnLine cases);£70
(b) in any other case.£100

”
