Rule 28 Report

(1)

The case assessor must complete the investigation and issue the report under section 25 (2) of the CCM before—

(a)

the end of four months beginning with the day after the case assessor is appointed, or

(b)

the end of such longer period as the President of Tribunals may direct on the application of the case assessor.

(2)

An application under paragraph (1)(b) must be made in accordance with rule 105.
