Rule 27 Advice from the Investigation and Tribunals Team
The case assessor must seek advice from the Investigation and Tribunals Team if, during the investigation under section 24 of the CCM—
(a)
a question of law arises, or
(b)
a question arises on the interpretation of a provision of a code of practice issued under section 5A of the Safeguarding and Clergy Discipline Measure 2016f1.
