Rule 11 Appointment of members of the tribunalI1I2

Rule 37 is amended by adding the following sub-rule after sub-rule (2)—

“(3)

Where the date for the hearing of the complaint has been fixed under rule 38(2) below the President may shorten the time within which the respondent may make written representations about the suitability of any proposed member of the tribunal.”.
