Rule 35 Amendments to forms 12a, 12b, 13a and 13bI1I2

In forms 12a, 12b, 13a and 13b in the Schedule to the Clergy Discipline Rules 2005 for the words “within 14 days from when the suspension takes effect.” there are substituted in each form the words “Church House, Great Smith Street, London SW1P 3AZ, within 14 days of receipt by you of this notice. At the same time you should send a copy of any appeal to me.”.
