Rule 53 Record of conditional dischargesI1

The provincial registrar shall maintain a record of conditional discharges.

The record shall not be open to public inspection but shall be made available to diocesan bishops and registrars.

A conditional discharge shall be removed from the record at the end of the period specified in the order of the tribunal which imposed it.
