Regulation 13 Cancellation of surplus used to meet targetsI1

The administrator must deduct any surplus recorded on an account as soon as reasonably practicable after it has served a notice as mentioned in regulation 12(2)(b).

The deduction of the surplus does not affect the amount of any surplus used in the calculation of the fee under regulation 12(2)(c).
