Regulation 6 Security of the RegisterI1

The F1Secretary of State must take reasonable steps to ensure that—
the Register is secure from misuse; and
the Register is only accessible to persons who are entitled to use it.
Subject to paragraph (3), the Secretary of State must ensure that information which relates to an account holder is not accessible by another account holder.
The Secretary of State must ensure that information that relates to an operator is accessible by the sector association in respect of the umbrella agreement to which the underlying agreement of the operator relates.
