Regulation 8 Closure of an accountI1

As soon as reasonably practicable after an agreement has been terminated, the administrator must—
(a)
close the account of the account holder for that agreement;
(b)
give notice in writing of the closure of the account to the account holder; and
(c)
cancel any surplus recorded in the account of the account holder for that agreement.
