Where hydrogen cyanide or hydrogen sulphide is used in a manufacturing process except where that manufacturing process is an activity listed in Part 2 of Schedule 1 (activities, installations and mobile plant) to F1the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016, any such use.
