The Treasury, under section 118 of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014^f1, and the Secretary of State, under section 277 of the Enterprise Act 2002^f2 make the following Order.

The Secretary of State concurs in the making of this Order under section 118 of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014.
