Section 8 Short title and extent.

This Act may be cited as the Co-operative Development Agency and Industrial Development Act 1984.

F1...The repeals in Parts I and II of Schedule 2 together with so much of section 6 as relates to those repeals extended to Northern Ireland; but otherwise this Act does not extend there.
