Paragraph 10

In section 14(6) (arbitration under section 12 of the M1Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 in cases where opencast planning permission has been granted)—

(a)

for “the Corporation are” there shall be substituted “ the person with the benefit of the opencast planning permission is ”; and

(b)

for the words “the Corporation”, in the second place where they occur, there shall be substituted “ that person ”.
