Paragraph 30

(1)

In subsection (1) of section 40 (claims for compensation)—

(a)

for the words “the Corporation”, in the first place where they occur, there shall be substituted “ any person ”; and

(b)

for the words “the Corporation”, in the second place where they occur, there shall be substituted “ that person ”.

(2)

In subsections (2)(c) and (3) of that section, for the words “the Corporation”, in each place where they occur, there shall be substituted “ any person ”.
