Paragraph 5

In subsection (3)(b) of section 8 (modification of section 5(4))—

(a)

for the words “the Corporation”, in the first and second places where they occur, there shall be substituted “ the person entitled to the rights conferred by the order ”; and

(b)

for the words “the Corporation”, in the third place where they occur, there shall be substituted “ that person ”.
