Section 18 Short title, repeals and extent.

(1)

This Act may be cited as the Coal-Mining (Subsidence) Act 1957.

(2)

The provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything in section fifty-nine of the M1Tramways Act 1870; . . . F1

This Act shall not extend to Northern Ireland.
