The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by section 46(1), (2), (3), (5), (6) and (7) of the Coal Industry Act 1994f1 and section 50 of the Coal Mining Subsidence Act 1991f2 hereby makes the following Regulations:
