The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority^f1 makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 189 and 331(2) of the Energy Act 2023 (the “Act”)^f2.

The Secretary of State has approved the making of these Regulations in accordance with section 189(5) of the Act.
