Article 12 General powers of the Trustees

The Trustees may, subject to the provisions of this Order, take all such steps from time to time as they consider necessary or desirable for the maintenance, operation and improvement of the Harbour and for those purposes and without the prejudice to the generality of the foregoing the Trustees may:–

(1)

improve, regulate and manage the Harbour and provide harbour facilities therein, and

(2)

do all other things which in their opinion are expedient to expedite the efficient functioning, improvement or development of the Harbour.
