Article 13 Limits of the harbour

The limits of the Harbour for the purposes of this Order, and within which the Trustees shall have authority, shall comprise the harbour, basin and piers and the whole of the area below high water mark as described in Schedule 2 to this Order.

In the event of any discrepancy between the limits described in Schedule 2 and the limits shown on the harbour limits map, the limits as shown in the harbour limits map shall be deemed to be correct and shall prevail.
