Regulation 2

The Collision Regulations (Seaplanes) Order 1989^f1 shall be amended by substituting the following paragraphs for paragraphs 3 and 4 of the Schedule:

In paragraph (b), sub-paragraph (i), after the words “Notice to Mariners No. 17” there shall be inserted the words “of 1989”.

In paragraph (b), the following shall be substituted for sub-paragraph (ii):

“(ii)

“Notice to Mariners No. 17 of 1989” means Notice to Mariners No. 17 in the annual summary of Admiralty Notices to Mariners 1989.””.
