Article 7 Questioning of a CA/CCA mayoral electionF3
For the purposes of paragraph 12(6) of Schedule 5B to the 2009 Act F1and paragraph 12(7) of Schedule 2 to the 2023 Act, Part 3 (legal proceedings) of the 1983 Act shall have effect in relation to the questioning of F2a CA/CCA mayoral election as it has effect in relation to the questioning of an election under the Local Government Act 1972 M1.
