Article 2

That part of Schedule 2 to the Combined Probation Areas Order 1986^f1 which relates to the Powys Probation Committee shall be amended by—

(a)

omitting the entries in respect of the petty sessions areas of Builth, Crickhowell, East Radnor, Llanidloes, Rhayader and Talgarth; and

(b)

substituting in column 3—

(i)

“2” for “1” in the entry in respect of the petty sessional division of Brecon,

(ii)

“2” for “1” in the entry in respect of the petty sessional division of Llandrindod Wells,

(iii)

“2” for “1” in the entry in respect of the petty sessional division of Newtown,

(iv)

“2” for “1” in the entry in respect of the petty sessional division of Welshpool.
