Article 3

The three members of the Powys Probation Committee appointed before 2nd April 1991 by the justices for the petty sessional divisions of Brecon, Crickhowell and Talgarth shall decide by agreement, or in default of agreement by lot, which two of them shall continue to hold office as if they had been appointed by the justices for the new petty sessional division of Brecon.
