Contracts Contracts

And with respect to the contracts to be entered into and the deeds to be executed by the commissioners, be it enacted as follows:

56Power to commissioners to enter into contracts.
57Notice to be given of contracts to the amount of 100 l. or upwards
58Commissioners may compound for breach of contract.
59As to the conveyance of lands by the commissioners. Receipt under seal to be a sufficient discharge.
