Article 2 Repeals

The following enactments are repealed to the extent specified;

(1)

sections 80 to 82 of the Poole Corporation Act 1928^f1;

(2)

section 16(e) of the Greater London Council (General Powers) Act 1981^f2;

(3)

section 10(2)(m) of the Greater London Council (General Powers) Act 1984^f3; and

(4)

section 70(1)(j) of the Leicestershire Act 1985^f4.
