Regulation 2 Amendment to Regulation 2195/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council

Regulation (EC) No. 2195/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5th November 2002 on the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) is amended as follows.

(a)

in the description for CPV code 85311200-4, for “the handicapped” substitute “disabled people”;

(b)

in the description for CPV code 85312120-6, for “handicapped” substitute “disabled”.
