Section 28 of the 1985 Act (meaning of “qualified accountant”) is amended as follows.

(2)

In subsection (1), for “21(6) (certification of summary of information about relevant costs)” substitute “ 21(3)(a) (certification of statements of account) ”.

(3)

In subsection (4)(d), for “any of the costs covered by the summary in question relate” substitute “ the statement of account in question relates ”.

(4)

In subsection (5A)—

(a)

for “any costs relate” substitute “ a statement of account relates ”, and

(b)

for “those costs” substitute “ costs covered by the statement of account ”.

(5)

In subsection (6), after “landlord is” insert “ an emanation of the Crown, ”.
