Paragraph 8 Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (c. 47)

At the end of section 7 of the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (partition by trustees) there shall be added—

“(6)

Subsection (1) is subject to sections 21 (part-unit: interests) and 22 (part-unit: charging) of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002.”
