Paragraph 13 Statutory duties relating to certain covenantsI1

The Landlord and Tenant Act 1988 (c. 26) (statutory duties in connection with covenants against assigning etc.) has effect with the modifications provided by this paragraph.

(2)

The reference in section 1(2)(b) to the covenant is to the covenant as it has effect subject to section 98 of this Act.

(3)

References in section 3(2), (4) and (5) to the landlord are to the RTM company.
