In subsection (1)—

(a)

in paragraph (a), for “nominee purchaser” substitute “ RTE company ”, and

(b)

in paragraph (b), for “nominee purchaser, that the participating tenants were” substitute “ RTE company, that it was ”.

(3)

In subsections (2), (3) and (6), for “nominee purchaser” substitute “ RTE company ”.
