Section 27 (supplementary provisions about vesting orders under section 26(1)) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1)—

(a)

for “such person or persons as may be appointed for the purpose by the applicants for the order” substitute “ the RTE company ”,

(b)

for “that person or those persons” substitute “ the RTE company ”,

(c)

for “applicants had” substitute “ RTE company had ”, and

(d)

for “their” (in both places) substitute “ its ”.

(a)

for “any person or persons” substitute “ the RTE company ”,

(b)

for “his or their” substitute “ its ”, and
