In subsection (1), for “nominee purchaser” (in both places) substitute “ RTE company ”.

for “nominee purchaser’s” substitute “ RTE company’s ”, and

(b)

for “him” substitute “ it ”.

(4)

In subsections (4) and (5), for “nominee purchaser” substitute “ RTE company ”.
