Section 37A (compensation for postponement of termination in connection with ineffective claims) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1), for “tenants of flats contained in the premises” substitute “ a RTE company ”.

(3)

In subsection (2), for “person who is a participating tenant” substitute “ qualifying tenant who is a participating member of the RTE company ”.
