Schedule 8 (discharge of mortgages etc: supplementary provisions) is amended as follows.

(2)

For “nominee purchaser” (in each place) substitute “ RTE company ”.

(3)

In paragraph 3(1)—

(a)

for “any participating tenant” substitute “ any member of the RTE company ”, and

(b)

for “a participating tenant” substitute “ any of its members ”.

(4)

In paragraph 4(3), for “him” (in both places) substitute “ it ”.
