Section 62 Advice etc.F6

England and Wales

(1)

The F1Secretary of State may give financial assistance to a person in relation to the provision by that person of F2information, training or general advice F3 about, or a dispute resolution service in connection with—

(a)

any aspect of the law of commonhold land, so far as relating to residential matters F4, or

(b)

any other matter relating to commonhold land and residential matters.

(2)

Financial assistance under this section may be given in such form and on such terms as the F5Secretary of State thinks appropriate.

(3)

The terms may, in particular, require repayment in specified circumstances.
