Regulation 15 Scope of this PartI1

Subject to paragraphs (2) and (3), this Part applies in relation to any application or proposal.

Only the following provisions of this Part apply in relation to an application under regulation 43 (declaration of entitlement to exercise a right of common)—

This Part does not apply in relation to an application under regulation 46 (matters affecting the public).
