Nothing in these Regulations shall affect the validity of any application for the registration of land as common land or as a town or village green, or of any application for the registration of a right of common over or of a claim to the ownership of such land, and nothing herein shall affect the validity of any other application which is made before 1st July 1968.

(2)

In this regulation “application” includes a statutory declaration in support of an application.
