Section 2 Short title, citation and extent.

(1)

This Act may be cited as the Commonwealth Development Corporation Act 1986.

(2)

The M1Commonwealth Development Corporation Act 1978, the M2Commonwealth Development Corporation Act 1982 and this Act may be cited together as the Commonwealth Development Corporation Acts 1978 to 1986.

(3)

This Act extends to Northern Ireland.
