Paragraph 29 Overhead Lines (Exemption) Regulations 1990

In regulation 3(1)(b) of the Overhead Lines (Exemption) Regulations 1990f1 for the words “telecommunication apparatus” there shall be substituted “electronic communications apparatus”.
