Paragraph 37 Non-Domestic Rating (Railways, Telecommunications and Canals) Regulations 1994

In regulation 4 of the Non-Domestic Rating (Railways, Telecommunications and Canals) Regulations 1994f1, for the words “telecommunications services”, wherever appearing, there shall be substituted “electronic communications services”.
