(1)
Section 104 of the 1996 Act (code of guidance) shall be amended as follows.
(2)
For “the Commission”, wherever occurring, there shall be substituted “ OFCOM ”.
(3)
In subsection (4)(d), the words “by the Commission” and “by them” shall be omitted.
