Paragraph 16 I1
(1)
In section 29 of the 1990 Act (application to Channel 5 of Channel 3 provisions)—
(a)
subsection (2)(b) and the word “and” immediately preceding it, and
(b)
subsection (3),
shall cease to have effect.
(2)
In subsection (2)(a) of that section, for “the Commission” there shall be substituted “ OFCOM ”.
