Paragraph 15 I1

After section 65(2) of that Act (reports on references in special public interest cases) there shall be inserted—

“(2A)

Where the report relates to a reference under section 62 which has been made after a report of OFCOM under section 61A, the Commission shall give a copy of its report (whether or not published) to OFCOM.”
