Paragraph 17 I1
In section 68(2)(c) of that Act (scheme for protecting legitimate interests)—
(a)
the words from “which”, where it occurs for the second time, to “or 33” shall cease to have effect; and
(b)
for the words “that section” there shall be substituted “ section 22 or 33 (whether or not there would otherwise have been a duty to make such a reference) ”.
