In Article 44 (restrictions on disclosure of information)—

(a)

in paragraph (3)(b), for head (vi) there shall be substituted—

“(vi)

the Office of Communications;”;

(b)

in paragraph (4), after sub-paragraph (v) there shall be inserted—

“(w)

the Communications Act 2003.”
