(1)

Schedule 7 to the Competition Act 1998 (c. 41) (members of Commission appointed under certain enactments) shall be amended as follows.

(2)

In paragraph 2(1)(d), for sub-paragraph (iii) there shall be substituted—

“(iii)

section 194(1) of the Communications Act 2003;”.

(3)

In paragraph 19A(9), in the definition of “special reference group”, after paragraph (n) there shall be inserted

“or

(o)

section 193 of the Communications Act 2003.”
