(1)

Section 235 of the Greater London Authority Act 1999 (c. 29) (restrictions on disclosure of information) shall be amended as follows.

(2)

In subsection (2)(c), for sub-paragraph (iv) there shall be substituted—

“(iv)

the Office of Communications,”.

(3)

In subsection (3), after paragraph (rs) there shall be inserted—

“(rt)

the Communications Act 2003;”.
