Section 146A Rights of third parties to use information without charge

F1Any person has a right to use, free of charge, information published by a communications provider if the use is for the purpose specified in subsection (2).

That purpose is to sell or make available an interactive guide or other technique for evaluating the cost of alternative usage patterns in relation to electronic communications services.
