Section 362BZ1 Monitoring role for OFCOMF1

OFCOM have the function of obtaining, compiling and keeping under review information about matters which may be relevant to—

(a)

designating or revoking the designation of a radio selection service (see sections 362BB and 362BD);

(b)

deciding whether to take enforcement action under this Part and Schedule 16B (so far as relating to this Part).
